Return Policy At NuWave Concepts Inc. are goal is to make your Premier Infrared sauna buying experience simple, efficient and easy. Our promise is to insure your total satisfaction. Cancellations and/or shipping damage claims are rare, but they do happen. In the event of a cancellation prior to shipping you will receive a 100 percent refund. In the event of damage or concealed damage we will replace or repair the damage to your satisfaction. Any consumer purchasing a Premier sauna outside of the Phoenix Arizona area has 7 days from the shipping date to contact our customer service department by fax or e mail explaining the damage and NuWave Concepts will promptly take care of the situation. Please read our policies listed below. Thank you, NuWave Concepts Inc. Cancellation policy Thank you for selecting Premier Saunas by NuWave Concepts, Inc. We appreciate your business. Our business policy is to give the consumer a three day right of rescission to cancel their order, after three business days their will be no cancellations or returns. After three business days your sales representative will contact you with a delivery schedule. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Concealed damage policy In the event of any concealed damage occurring (which is a very rare occurrence) NuWave Concepts, Inc. policy is the consumer notifies our company within three days in writing, either fax, or email as to what the damage is. At that time NuWave Concepts, Inc. will rectify the situation within a timely manner. After three days the unit will be considered accepted and no other damage claims will be considered. Special order policy Any special order coming from the factory that is cancelled will have a handling and restocking charge of $395.00 dollars along with a shipping charge of up to $400.00 dollars. This is a factory policy and does not reflect on NuWave Concepts Inc.'s other policies whatsoever.
The performance of certifications that Premier Saunas use are as follows: CE, Declaration of conformity, LVD, certificate of compliance, ETL, a United States testing laboratory along with two separate China certifications of China patent. These certificates of approval are listed in our product catalog for your convenience. |
