Our Carbon Fiber Heater
Traditional saunas rely on a stove to heat the air to a very hot 105 C. The energy required can easily double your electricity bill. Also, to be effective, this superheated air must remain tightly enclosed, resulting in a stifling, almost suffocating environment. By contrast, our infrared sauna allows fresh air to circulate for ventilation and maximum comfort. The ideal temperature for our infrared sauna is between 40 - 60 C (104 - 140 F), as this does not put undo pressure on the heart and doesn't irritate the skin. Its radiant heat reaches deeply, being absorbed by your body as much as 1.5 inches below the skin, while producing 2 - 3 times more sweat. Enjoy a low-temperature sauna. . . Keep your sauna time to around 30 minutes
